Happy 1st Blog Anniversary!

Or as I like to call it blogiversary.  Using the August kit from My Scrapbook Nook, featuring MME's Lime Twist - Fly a Kite collection, I made this celebration card.

Supplies: patterned papers, letter stickers, twine (MME), cardstock, ink, liquid glass (CTMH), journaling sprout  (Jillibean Soup), candle die (Sizzix), glitter (Doodlebug)

One year ago today, I launched my blog and it has been such an exciting creative venture.

Some fun facts to share:
  • I posted 92 posts
  • with 1896 page views
  • from 35 countries in the world
  • leaving 110 comments
  • 57 posts featured layouts
  • 11 posts featured cards
  •  22 posts feature stamping
  • 11 wonderful people chose to be followers of my blog. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Initially I did not have a follower gadget, figuring I really didn't need to know who was reading it, but then I started to think I was talking to space and added it later.
I love to see all the neat places people come from to visit my blog. You ladies let me know that I am not talking to air and I am thankful for each and everyone of you.  A special thank you to those that leave comments.  I can not express how much pleasure it brings to my day that someone was nice enough to take the time to share their thoughts.  So to celebrate this one year milestone and as a thank you to my followers and supporters, I am doing my first ever blog giveaway which contains some of my favourite manufacturers as well as items that can be used by scrappers and card makers alike.
Includes: Prima flowers, American Crafts Marquise Pearl Chipboard Thickers, Magenta birdie laser cut chipboard,  MME Lost and Found trims, G Studio "Good Stuff" acrylic stamp, BasicGrey butterflies acrylic stamp set, Fancy Pants Simplicity trims
It is open to you ladies all over the world and here are the two ways to gain entries:

1. Become a follower of my blog. All followers are automatically entered in the draw at the end of the month.

2. If you would like a chance to entry but choose not to follow, you too can join in. You will get 1 entry for every reposted link to my blog giveaway that you share around the web.  Just repost and then email me with the link and your addy to entry.  Followers can do this also to gain additional entries.

Email your links to: scrapsavvycreations@yahoo.ca

At the end of the month, I will randomly draw a winner to receive this fun scrappy loot stash.

I am looking forward to sharing another fun art filled year of my creative journey with you on my blog.

Happy viewing and reading!
